When a disaster is declared in the Unites States, in any of its states, tribes or territories, the Federal government, under the auspice of FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, responds to recovery. Response and recovery are organized by FEMA, but the real work on the ground is done by private companies. That’s where the Martiel Group comes in.
